As a customer we entitle you to a full refund of product in the event that the product is damaged badly beyond use, or missing, or if you changed your mind as long as you ship the product back to us or return it to our store. We will refund the cost of the product (not the shipping charge)


In a situation where you have not put any notes and you ordered grocery online and we have substituted a product of yours with another brand, we will not give a refund for that if the value of the product is less then $15 (as mentioned in the terms and conditions). We generally do make a attempt to contact you before doing this.


If a item has been slightly bent or dent in shipping and you have not requested for shipping insurance then we may not give you a full refund however you will be entitled to a part refund in this situation.


If insurance is taken and item is damaged in delivery we will give full refund to you once we receive a written claim and pictures from you.


If item has been shipped with best before date passed we will issue a full refund once we receive the batch number and best before date via email or post from the customer.
